.dxf text out for a CAM machine

Hello,
I am trying to dxf out a front panel with text for engraving. The problem is the lines and holes are working when inported into the CAM machine but my text is not. Error is invalid Geometry. Someone told me to explode the text, i did for mtext and it still didn't work.
Any help will be great! Not having any luck. I am Autocad Mechanical, but i've tried different version also.
