Arched Ceiling

What is the best way toI create a passage ceiling that is arched like a barrel.

Probably will need to do that in-place. I used the Roof by Extrusion tool for a couple of exterior arched soffits over doorways, but now I cannot place light fixtures in it.

Now I'm not sure about putting light fixtures in an in-place arched ceiling. Could anyone confirm or deny?

In place ceiling, try to install in a 3d view if plan view gives you problems [Edit - Ceiling Plan view works fine]. You may need to offset the reveal to the inside of a tight arch so it protrudes the the arch through to the edges of the fixture.

Edit: Here is an in place extruded barrel ceiling with the standard pendant light and a standard recessed can installed in a Ceiling Plan view. The can needs some work to flush the face
