Stair Volume

Hey-
Is there any way to find out the voume or area of stairs like you can with walls, masses, etc. I have a concrete project with lots of little columns, bench seats, diff. slabs etc., and in the mist of all this is some diff. really odd shaped stairs, that if I knew a way to see the volume of those stairs, would really help me with my material take-offs and pricing.

Well,,its also may problem..what i did was..I exported a stair section and extrude it to autocad...viola

I have just started playing with massing......I love it!! I wish I would have started a little earlier. But my point is, if a work around is needed for this, then you could simply do it with massing inside revit. Just create an extrusion in the section cut through your stairs, or if they're rounded or something, create a sweep. I think I'll go do that right now.
