I am currently working on a hotel project. Instead of labeling our doors by number per the door schedule, I would like to label them by a type. For instance, type 'A' for 3'x7', single flush, Type 'B' for 6'x7' double flush, and so on and so forth. Do you know of a way I can do this while avoiding warnings for repeat labels?

You have to create an annotation that displays the Type Mark, which would be a unique value per door type. The stock door tag has a label for Mark, which is a unique door identifier (that's why you're getting all those warnings when you use duplicate names). You need to make a label pointing to Type Mark and you wouldn't need to enter any Mark information if you're not displaying it, except if you name doors individually to display them in schedules.

Thank you David. I'll try that out!
