I am having a problem which is happening allot when i go to try and plot it keeps coming up with a runtime error.
I have noted what it says below.
ERROR MESSAGE - A RUNTIME ERROR HAS OCCURRED, DO YOU WISH TO DEBUG? LINE:2 ERROR: OUT OF MEMORY
Then I click NO. Another same error message apprears but with a different line number. Here are all the line numbers, 25, 26, 29, 32, 39, 40, 54, and 55, then back to 2 again.
Then right after the Debug error messages another error appears:
AUTOCAD LT ERROR ABORTING: FATAL ERROR: UNHANDLED ACCESS VIOLATION READING 0x0090 EXCEPTION AT 7d4f794ch. So i click on OK
Then after the fatal error this window appears:
AUTOCAD LT ALERT. AUTOCAD LT CANNOT CONTINUE, BUT ANY CHANGES TO YOUR DRAWING...MADE UP TO THE START OF THE LAST COMMAND CAN BE SAVED. DO YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR CHANGES? YES OR NO BUTTONS.
Then after the alert this window appears:
AUTOCAD LT ERROR-ABORT. ERROR HANDLER RE-ENTERED. EXITING NOW. OK BUTTON.
After abort message AutoCAD program completely shuts down and I have to open AutoCAD again.
Cant anyone help or relate to this problem?
Thanks
Gareth

Hi
Does this happen regardless of drawing files being Plotted or only relate to certain ones ?
Does this occur when Plotting to all output devices or just a certain output device ?
Has something recently changed in your set-up ie
* New hardware
* New software
etc
Have a good one, Mike

Never answer yes to that question. If you do, your risk writing corrupt data to your drawing file.
After abort message AutoCAD program completely shuts down and I have to open AutoCAD again.
Does it work immediately after restarting? Using the same data set?
Does all this happen before the PLOT dialog is displayed, or after you click OK in the PLOT dialog?

I have a similar problem as well when I plot... I receive a blank script error as soon as I either preview or send to plot. I get the question "Do I want to continue running scripts on this page" - Yes / No, but clicking on either one results in nothing. The box doesn't close and I can't continue regardless. I have to shut down ACAD through Task Manager.
Unfortunately it doesn't help you, but I can relate.

It does not matter which drawing I am plotting when it happens. I can re open AutoCAD and plot the same drawing straight after no problem.
Am not too sure if it occurs on every device but it has been occurring on the main plotter which is a 'HP DesignJet 750C+'.
I have only been working for my current company for a few weeks and I am used to using AutoCAD 2006 ADT, but am currently using AutoCAD LT 2000. All though I have inserted my own menu's and some toolbars to AutoCAD LT.

I have never click yes to the above I always click no.
It does work fine after restarting AutoCAD and in the same drawing.
I will take a screen shoot of it when it does it again. Am not to sure if its when I click OK all the time or when I go to plot preview.

A couple of things to try / look_at...
* Remove / Uninstall your Menu's and Toolbars -> Does that fix the issue / problem ?
* Has this ( (English) AutoCAD 2000 Plotting Update Patch (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=2523151&linkID=2475712) ) been installed ? If no, it might be worth a try.
Have a good one, Mike
