Howdee,
I had the pleasure of purchasing my first seat of Revit yesterday (big :) )
I'm wondering if I can make my prefrences or settings (chaining lines/walls, etc.) sticky so they remain the same each time I restart revit?
thanks

You'll have to modify these settings in your template.
If you haven't heard it already. . .
You're TEMPLATE is THE MOST IMPORTANT modification you can make that will save you time. Any change you make in your template will already be there when you start a new project.
Template, template template.

thanks, i'll give it a go...
also, my dealer said that 6.1 is scheduled to be released on friday.
I told him i had downloaded it already from the adesk site and he said
"are you sure?"
I wonder what they know that I don't...

Maybe the CD's are shipped Friday.....the downloads are always available weeks before the CD's. In fact, by the time we usually get the CD, it's time to upgrade!
