Autodesk Support on the Ball

It is good to see how quickly Revit Support answered my email. I sent a dmp file to revit support this morning and bang, Steve Burri was quick to reply in a matter of few hours.

I am amazed at how fast Revit Support also, I sent them a file that would not open and within a hour I got a response back and then I let them know I had 7 more just like that one and they said to send it in and they would try to fix them as well and the next day BAM there are my files fixed and ready for my use. These guys ROCK!!!!!
