Scope box 101

Hi all,
I have not had much experience with scope boxes but may need them for my current project. It is a middle school building with a parking leve below. I want to use a separate grid for the parking level, i.e. P1, P2, etc.
But I don't want that grid showing in the levels above. I think I make a scope box as high as the parking level, then assign the grids lines to that box. Then for the grid above the parking I make another scope box so they do not show below.
I tried that but I am still seeing the parking grids on the first floor plan.
Any help would be very appreciated....

I think you've also got to tell your floorplan to only see the Scope Box you want, otherwise it just shows everything.

So you set where the Scope Boxes are in 3D space,
You then set which Grids and in which Scope Box,
and then you set what Scope Box you want a particular view to reference.

Many thanks...that worked....I did not have the floor levels set to a scope box. Now on to scope box lesson 2.
