Edit Profile Tool - Phase Specific

We have a number of projects where we would like to demolish part of the wall or an unusual shape within the wall. It would be helpful if the edit profile tool could be phase specific. Or perhaps a new tool can be created, the Edit Demolition Profile Tool.

I think the more sensible way to do this would be to use the Opening tool, but unfortunately the Opening tool does not allow its phasing to be changed.
