linked building brick walls print solid black on output

I have site plan with several linked brick style buildings. When I print in color the brick walls are solid black. Is this a scale thing? or is there a setting I don't know about with linked files?

It's definitely scale related. I amtrying to print elevations of brick at 1"=40' and the brick pattern goes to a solid color.

Try bumping your output resolution to the max (presentation setting). I have found that this is a printer resoution problem more often than not.
