I searched the forum for this problem, found similar causes, but did not a solution.
My office has a five story building in development. The fourth floor plan view was deleted some time ago. A new fourth floor plan view was created with the visibility properties set for this floor. When in the fourth floor view, and drawing walls, the walls are set to the third floor and top constraint to the fifth floor. Also, double click on fourth floor level bubble and the reflected ceiling plan appears. The project is in its early stages, a possible solution was to delete the fourth floor level and recreate it. This seemed to create the proper behavior that this level had before it was deleted. Is there a better solution available or is there an oversight in recreating a floor plan view?

It sounds like what you think is the new fourth floor plan is really a 3rd floor plan. the RCP is the only plan truely ref. the 4th level, thats why it is what the hyperlink takes you to. You can see which level each plan is ref. by click view properties and one of the properties is associated level. to create floor plans make sure you use View > floor plan > select the level to create the floor plan from.

Thanks for the reply Scott. I did create a floor plan view using the View>Floor Plan>Select level and changed the Underlay from third floor to fourth floor. Results were good.
Strangely, the fourth floor level bubble still links to the RCP. I checked its properties, but there is not a setting to change the link.

Yes, you won't be able to fix that(at least I don't know how) Unless you delete the rcp floor plan, then recreate it after using the level to go to the floor plan view.

Thanks for the help. I'll make a note of this if/when this occurs again.
