Cranky MvPart Builder

I am having problems with the MvPart builder not seeing all of the blocks in the drawing that I want to use to make custom parts. Anybody have a clue why this might happen?

Do you have the current SP installed? Have you tried running a repair on your install of ABS?

My SP is up to date as of last week, and I just ran a repair install. No luck. I cant figure it out. The block exists in the drawing but it doesn't show up in the MvPart builder when I try to assign it to the view I want it to be in. When I originally built the parts the block showed up, I specifically remember that. But now, I am making a change to one of the parts and the block isn't showing up and it is the one that I am trying to change. This has happened to me in the past and to fix it I had to blow away the part from the catalog and rebuild them. What a pain.
