Cleanup problem at roof intersections

I'm doing an as-built set for a client and having some problems cleaning up interior finishes at a complex roof intersection. I used voids to cut out the lower vaulted roofs from the larger one. The attachment shows left over lines where the two roofs intersect, and a small section of the wall finish missing. I tried painting this wall section to match the wall and this sort of works in elevation but the edges of the patch are still visible; and the painted finish does not show up at all the interior perspective. As for the left over lines, I have no idea how to remove these.

All suggestions appereciated.

You need to cut them out a little deeper than you have. Revit has trouble hiding the lines if they are too close to the surface in front.
