I have a pretty weird problem. I insert a DB in this drawing and I use the flip action then I use the Alignment action. Then it loses it's Dynamic grips. I can still change the Visibility and other Dynamic properties thru the properties palette. Then I inserted this block into a new drawing and tried doing the same thing and it worked fine. I copied it from that drawing back into the problem drawing and it worked. then I inserted that block again and it had the same problem. I had another CAD operator open the problem drawing and he could not duplicate the problem. I also iserted a different block in this drawing the rotated it and lost my "Quad" snap. has anyone ever heard of these problems before? is there some Variable on my machine that is doing this?
Thru further testing on this drawing I found that when I changed the View to Front this problem did not occur. We did rotate the UCS by using (command "ucs" "z") the picking our 2 points to align, then using (command "_plan" "current"). But we setup most of our drawings this way to match the Architect's drawing without rotation the Xref. Let me kknow if anyone has any ideas. the drawings has been audited and purged many times. and even flattened and re-setup.
