CALLOUT (REFERENCE ANOTHER VIEW) PROBLEM

On my Site Plan, I was going to use a Callout to reference a portion of my Floor plan. However, it seems that I cannot reference my Floor Plan. It list my Area plans, but not my Floor Plan. Any suggestions on what I'm missing here...........

I'm not sure I understand the problem....any chance you could post the file or an image if the issue?

That's odd, I just went to a site plan and started a new callout and was able to choose my floor plan from the pull-down box.

Here's a screenshot. If you notice in my Project Browser, I have a number of floor plans, but none of them appear in my Reference Another View.

I think my file is messed up so I'm going to have Tech support look at it.
