Calculated Values and Tags

I think I know the answer to this but I'll ask anyway. Is it possible to have a calculated value appear in a tag? I've created a shared parameter for room tags that is an instance parameter called Code SF per Occupant. Each room is then assigned a value (ie. educational - 20sf). In a room schedule I added a calculated value called Number of Occupants (Area / Code SF per Occupant). We have symbols for each type of occupancy that we place on life safety plans and right now we manually input the number of occupants in each room. Is it possible to create a label with a shared parameter in our symbol family that will extract the calculated value? If not, any other suggestions?

Thanks. I figured I wasn't the first guy to try something like this. I'm guessing this is something that will eventually make its way into Revit. Until then I will continue to be forced to think.
