Wall alignment problem

I can't get the circled endwall to align with the reference plane indicated. It is somehow constrained to the backside of the wall above (apparently).

If I cut and paste all geometry into a new drawing, the alignment works fine.

Please let me know how to select the offending wall and remove all constraints from it.

Cut it out of the project and paste aligned, same place. All constraints should be gone.
