My building has been drawn as if north is up but now the building is going to be rotated on the site. Whats the best way to rotate the building on the site without effecting all the other sheets that have been set with north being up.

In your site plan view with True North set as the orientation, Use Tools > Project Position/Orientation > Rotate True North to rotate the building how you want it relative to your site. Your floor plan and other views will use Project North (North up) as their orientation, and the site plan view will use True North for the view orientation.

Thanks, but I'm having a little difficulty in rotating it the exact amount - My north needs to be 00 deg 04' and 05" E of north but when put this in the angle from project to true north, it rotates the project a couple of degrees off. I think I'm not quite understanding this dialog box. On my screen, true north appears to be almost straight up but the dialog box indicates its been rotated 119 degrees from true north.
I got it - I was able to make it work with the align tool.

Glad you got it to work. I was just going to add that you should be able to enter the exact rotation amount in the Option Bar. In my example I've entered 20 deg E just to show the rotation since you probably won't be able to see such a slight rotation of 00 deg 04' 05" on screen.
