Shadow and raster image

I have a raster image (jpg) of the situation. I placed some mass elements and want to plot this with shadows. On the screen everything looks fine. When I print this I see a big white surface over the raster image. I think it is sort of surface where Revit projects the shadow on. Is it possible to change this, so I can see the shadow and the raster image?

Make sure your mass visibility is turned on under VV, Masses will show but not print by default and you have to manually turn it on. For perspectives or renderings, I place the jpg as a decal on a floor surface, then render and you can get some very nice results of your building/massing over top of a rendered site plan.
