True North

After completing the site plan & placing it on a sheet I want to rotate True North (not project north) to face the right hand side of the sheet. The meets & bounds change when I do this. If i set the table then I can't rotate it.

If you just want to rotate the view on the sheet, use crop region and rotate the sheet view through the crop region properties.
Easier yet: When you select the drawing on the sheet (not activated) and go to properties look for the rotation parameter.
