We are currently exploring ways to export database info from Revit models thru ODBC into cost estimating software--like Timberline, WinEstimator, etc.

If anyone has experience or suggestions on what seems to be the best approach it would be most appreciated.

Those are big solutions for a firm your size, Cliff... Our office is sizable and does considerable estimating. We still uses Excel/Database <and a guy with grey hair.>

Thanks for the replies. I'll see what Ken suggests.
(Aaron--just trying to get all the info out of the Revit database---sometimes size doesn't matter!!)
