Setting Areas on the Sheet layouts

I am new to Revit and I am wondering what is the best way to set up Areas for the Floor Plans on the Sheets. Most buildings are too large at 1/8" scale to fit on one sheet, so what is the best way to break the building up view wise on the sheets?

Use the crop region. Duplicate the plan as many times as you need. Adjust the crop region for each. Place them on the sheets.
