How do you remove flickering in Walkthrough

I've rendered a number of clips (best setting uncompressed) and put these together in Adobe Premiere 6.5. When I make the movie I notice that the background (solid dark green color) tends to get a little bit brighter and then it goes back to the normal color. It tends to make the image "flicker". I've noticed that this occurs in the exported image so it's nothing that Premiere is adding to the file.

Has anyone had this happen? Do you know what is causing this and how I can fix it?
