Key Notes

First time w/keynotes and confused. Once the Schedule is created and the keynote annotation is loaded, how do you get the keynote in the schedule?

Goto View... New... Note Block and select the keynote family. Our keynote family has different Family Types for Ceiling Plan, Floor, Plan, Building Section, Exterior Elevation.. etc. Then we just filter by Comments for each keynote schedule type.
