Dimensioning problem in R8.1

Hi Reviteers

Has any one come a cross the dimensioning problem in R8.1.
I have a couple of AutoCAD 3D elements I use when I tried dimensioning
The element Revit just crashed on me.
So I tried again and again the same happened.

Has any one got an idea why?

Yes I have seen the same behavior. I have not isolated it to 3D graphics in the dwg file but now that you post this I believe it has been ADT files in each case. Which means be careful not to dimension to dwg files that contain ADT proxygraphics, more specifically dimensioning to those proxygraphics. This reminds me I haven't submitted the issue. Guess I'll need to stop forgetting...

I suppose the best way would to Model the family as a Revit family(No deg Models).
