TAB button to act as Enter

Does anyone know how to customize this to make it act just like enter. i had it set up like that on AutoCAD 2002 and have recently changed to 2006, but have lost all my previous shortcuts/accelerator key operations.

For example ctrl+A use to select all now it toggles between 'group on' and 'group off'. Please help!
