Some of the muntins have disappeared! I was willing to ignore this as just a minor anomaly, but we got chastised at the review board meeting so now we have to find a way to prevent this in future. I believe it to be some weird combination of lighting & reflections. These are the settings used:
Exterior view
Sun & Shadow settings from view
Radiosity = Better
Raytrace = Best
Reflection = 5 bounces
Transparency = 3 bounces
Back face culling = yes
View culling = no
All other raytrace checkbox options = no
Ultimately I will go back to region raytrace & look at a gazillion settings, but maybe someone has seen this before.
TIA

I know this doesn't help, but what about the odd problem in the brick surround to the window? Is that an issue too?

Thanks for noticing, Peter. That was my meager attempt at a soldier course surrounding the window. I gave up on that early on in the project.

can you group the wall/window combo out and post it as a test file for us to look at?

Here she is - a straightforward Andersen DH that I've gussied up a bit.

I have used Accurender extensively within Autocad. I suspect that if you increase your resolution, the muntins will appear. I can't promise on your particular file, but this has been my experience with Accurender across many projects.

Which begs the question, what resolution are you generating your rendering (and size of rendering image)

We went for the best presentation here - so I think my resolution was 300 dpi (or simply set to presentation). I'd post the rest of the front camera view if it weren't so large, to show that most of the muntins appear, but the current preference is all of the muntins. Not horseshoes, atom bombs or dancing. I think that it's reflections from somewhere.
