Roof level and base offset wrong?

I have a roof (created by footprint) hosted to a level with no offset. It should appear at that level, but it's not. Instead the roof object appears way off.

Ideas?

Attached is a screen capture with the properties.

Try this
Select your roof > Edit > Go To View > Choose Open View
Select the System Family: Model Lines you drew for the footprint > go to their properties
Have a look at the Constraints Parameter > Offset From Roof Base > set 0.0

A non zero "Plate offset from base" parameter on a sketch segment was the culprit. Thanks Eddy.
