Help! I've lost my families.

Somehow in the process of making some of my directories shared, my Revit families have been moved and I can't find them. I have a small laptop, so I know they couldn't have gone far but when I do a file search for *rfa* files nothing shows up. Is there anything special about these files that would prevent explorer finding them?

On your search try *.rfa rather than *rfa*, & see if they show up.
