1. I am unable to eliminate existing door data from the schedule. Door is in existing phase and have no tag (did have but I erased it)
2. Doors within curtain wall (panel replaced with wall and a regular door inserted) don't show 'from room' value nor can I manually enter it.
Help appreciated.

I think you can set the phase and phase filter of your schedule, in the properties dialog of the schedule.
I don't know about #2.

I've had that problem too, whether due to improper use of phases, or whatever. An easy fix is to set a filter in your schedule to "Filter by: Mark : does not begin with : X". Then I change the marks of any doors I don't want to show in the schedule to X01, X02, X03, etc.

The simplest way to exclude preexisting or demolished elements from a schedule is to set its Phase Filter to Show New. It takes just 3 clicks.

Excellent tips. I think it's often overlooked that schedules have phases as well.

I think it's often overlooked that schedules have phases as well.Another often overlooked thing is the fact that in case of design options schedules filter optional elements via visibility dialog in a way that is consistent with regular graphical views.

Thanks Leonid, any ideas regarding second question.
