Break line

OK its been along week of drafting here and I'm having a brain cramp over this. I have used the "Break Line" several times before on other projects but I can't seam to remember how I used it. I have loaded the break line family into the project, but its not showing up under "Components" or "Symbols". Is there a certain tool or trick to this that I have forgotten?

The Break Line is a Detail Component family.

Drafting tab > Detail Component.
