Wow, this site is hopping today - a lot of new posts.
Is there an easy way to flip a wall and have it stay in the same location? I just want to flip the layers within the wall.
Thanks

couldn't you just set the loc line to wall centerline and just flip it with the toggle? Then set the loc line back if you want.

There is a discussion here http://www.zoogdesign.com/forums/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=128&highlight=flip on this subject.

Chris, your suggestion on the setting the location to the wall centerline works great for me. Why didn't I think of that?! I did fiddle around with the wall location, but didn't select the obvious wall centerline.

It's not totally related to your post, but areal helpful tip:
When drawing a wall, and not defining it's centerline but rather drawing it based upon it's interior/exterior face, tapping the space bar flips's it's orentation from one side to the other. So you don't have to think which direction you're going to draw in to get it to orient itslef properly, just start drawing, and hit the spacebar if it needs to be 'flipped'.
Saves me a lot of time.
