I am a novice Revit user, so bear with me. Can Revit be used to take floor areas from a project's design program requirements to generate a color-coded 2d or 3d graphic representation of those areas by cost centers/dept/room maybe even floor level and ideally locate these masses in proximity to each other based on adjacency relationships provided by given formula or a indexing system? Sort of a bubble-diagram of design relationships. I realize that's a big order, but will take what I can get.

If I missed a tutorial on this subject, please help direct me! Thanks.

There are no such abilities implemented in Revit in current releases, but there is enough information in the model to produce such diagram.
The closest it gets is export-> area-room report, but it does not have adjacency info.

However using Revit API it is possible to have such adjacency info extracted from Revit model.
