Fonts change when plotting

I am using AutoCAD 2006- at time of plotting I use a dimstyle for my dimensions/leaders with a closed Arch Tick or a closed arrow leader- I use Stylus BT. When I plot, the fonts dont match want I see when dimensioning. I noticed however that the plot preview does show the different font style. Is there a patch to fixing the fonts that are being plotted?

Does this behaviour occur on all output devices ?

As an experiment, what happens if you use a .SHX font instead ?

Have you looked at FontMap ? I honestly do not think it is the cause of your particular issue / problem, but it is worth crossing off the list ( so-to-speak ).

Is it possible to post an example drawing file so we can take a look at the issue / problem first-hand.
