If Revit is not going to give us the ability to align/dimension annotation objects (viewports, text, etc.) I would like to see a separate shape handle for the actual viewport rather than just the title. I layout all of my views by using the workplane grid, but if I need to move a site plan for instance, which does not need to align with a view on another sheet (different scales, so it doesn't make sense) then I have to move the title, which forces me to realign the title with the other sheets. I like all of my titles to be in whole inch increments from the bottom and sides of the titleblock. It would be easier to be able to move them independently.
