control line end style

In autocadd under the plot style you could control how the printer would join lines and end lines. What i mean is that you could specify that the ends of lines be printed square, or rounded, lines would join square or rounded, etc.

I am having problems with my section lines and viewport title lines where the line ends rounded, which cuts into the detail bubble. in autocadd i would jsut edit the line end style to be square and i would have no problem.

Any ideas?

There is no such control in revit.

Is this something that has been corrected in Revit 9.0? We are trying to change our line end style to square instead of rounded.
