Just try to schedule my revision using NOTE BLOCK ..but it seems not working with revsion tag. Am I missing something?

A revision schedule is added to a titleblock family. When the titleblock is loaded into your project revisions will appear in the schedule as the views with them are added to the sheet.

Did I misunderstood the Autodesk revit building help?..I thought it can be schedule........

Before Revit had a built in way of keeping track of revisions, we would use a generic annotation as the revision symbol and schedule it with a note block. Now Revit has a "hard wired" system of tagging revision clouds. And the schedule that is tied to this system is placed in the title block.
You could go back to the old system by creating a new generic annotation that looks like the revision annotation. Then use the note block. But, the only reason I could see for doing this is to number your revisions with the alphabet rather than the hard wired numerals only.
