"Leaking" split faces

Anyone else noticing that split faces leak every time you edit something? I keep having to redo and redo the pain bucket... the regions are all still ok but the spill out into neighbouring ones if I say insert a window. is it just this file I am working in or is happening to others?

Martin, that is certainly weird. Haven't ever come across that.

I think I have come across that, too... Just delete all the split face and do again, it sometimes solve the problem for me.
