I have a detail with a structural column that is displayed in the course and medium detail setting, but not in the fine setting. The callout tag was deleted and recreated with same results. I went into the column family and checked the Family Element Visibility Settings and all three detail level boxes were checked and reloaded into project.
This column is two levels high. A callout was created on the first level with no problems. The second level callout is directly above the first. In other views, with detail level set to fine, the column is visible.
Attached are the detail examples described. Maybe this can help. I think this maybe an isolated problem with column and another object or visibility setting.
