Take a look at this FAQ. It's got more information than you are looking for, but an answer to your question is included...

Autodesk Revit "Stairs" Crib Sheet (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?siteID=123112&id=4045242&linkID=3770375)

Try this link. It is Autodesk's Revit web page under "Training". Then under tutorials, tips.....Monolithic Stairs and open stringers. It is 5.1 but should work in 6.1 I imagine. (Haven't tried it)

that topic is not to the monolitic stair's from Revit 6.1 , but a workaround to use in 5.1

Steve,

That crib sheet is great! Are there any other goodies from the factory you can tell us about?

In the component web library there is a section called Revit 6.0 Samples, if you download the stair samples file and open it you'll see there is a concrete stair already created, copy it to clipboard and paste it in your project file.
