Shed Roof

I am doing a shed type roof that has walls on all but one side. The lines on the wall are not slope defining. The line where there is no wall is slope defining. My question is, how do you attach these walls to the roof? When I try I get the message that the walls and roof do not intersect.

Assuming the walls are underneath the footprint of the roof, they should attach. Doesn't matter which lines are slope-defining or not. Go into the roof sketch and make sure the lines are either aligned with the outside face of the walls, or overhang out past the walls.
