Problems with dwg imports (Elevation)

I import a 2D dwg block like a bed or kitchen for example and place it somewhere in plan view of level 1. When I use Copy to clipboard->Paste aligned->select view->level 2, it goes to level 3.Actually it says it is on level 2 but with an offset of the distance between level2 and level3.
Anybody knows why this happens?
I think it is easy to see for your self, try with whatever simple dwg you want.

I typically import current view only, that way they are associated to the view, not the level...
