fills have disappeared....

Only about 10% of the columns on this project show up as filled instead of 100%. I have tried changing the materials and unjoining geometry...no luck.
All of the columns are M_Rectangular Column. Why do some of them show a material and some dont.

I have all of them as phase-existing and are set to existing in the properties also.
What am I missing???

I tried joining geometry and joining two unfilled columns
I then got an error that they dont interesect but revit then changed the cols to show them as filled

So now I will JOIN all the columns so that they FILL

Is there another way?

Do your columns are of the same nature as or behave like these mentioned by Marcosf in his trhead "Columns not being painted" ?
