Recessed Windows

I am wondering if this brick on cmu with interior framing and recessed windows can be done with one wall or will I need to use two?

Clyne, that looks like a job for wall-wrap man. .....

If you go to the Autodesk download center and grab some UK windows you will find they include parameters for how far to set back from the external face. Careful work on your wall type and how it wraps and where the core boundaries fall should enable you to achieve what you need. It will take some trial and error though.

Also, expect your external cills to warp like hell or discolour quickly given the long summer sun in your neck of the woods.
