Wish List - Dimension Tool Added to More Menus

Just a gripe, but I would think an easy fix for another build. Could you add the
dimension tool to a few more menus. Definitely Modeling and Structural, but potentially
others like Area Analysis.

I am constantly going back and forth between menus to get a dimension tool.

Are you using keyboard shortcuts? Typing "DI" will start Dimension command regardless of active design bar.

Thanks no I haven't used the shortcut. I will use that one
for sure.

Would it ever be possible to customize a menu in another
build or version? Most software allows this capability and
that would be an awesome time saver.

I would definitely take advantage of that capability if you

I have to go with Leonid, keyboard shortcuts are the way to go. You can find the file KeyboardShortcuts.txt under C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Building 8.1\Program.
Open it in Notepad and edit as needed.
Who would go against a Revit Founder anyway ;-)
