Attached are the error messages I get when I attempt to open Revit 6.1 or ADT 2005 HELP!!!!
Has anyone seen these before? I did my usual HD clean up... I do it once a week. I used both of these programs in the morning
and when I re booted after lunch this happened!!!

Hope someone has a solution ... Got projects to get out the door!!!!

Thanks
Doug

The AdskCleanup message refers to a service that runs on your machine when running an unauthorised product, i.e. during the trial period. Check that at some point you have not disabled these services, either explicitly or through the use of some firewall/anti-virus product.

I am not sure the AdskCleanup service is doing, it just runs in the background.

Support should be able to answer this one.

I was contacted by Wai... but guess who just went on vacation today...
I was handed off to Chris... he only replies by email...

Anyone have any ideas?

I have tried:
deleating the AdskCleanup files
uninstalling the Revit thru the windows uninstaller
repairing the install thru windows unistaller
removing all the files with Nortons Clean Sweep

I think Autodesk has followed TurboTax and installed so hidden file in that unaccessibe area on the hard drive... Some one on the AutoCad side had a similar problem with the install of ADT2005 (acad message bd) and it corrected when he uninstalled TurboTax... wish that was my problem too.... this is working on two day ... with out either program (Revit 6.1 and ADT2005) what good is the subscription program?
