Is it possible to create a room tag that would show both net (face of boundary walls) and gross area (centerline of boundary walls) at the same time that could then also be scheduled?

I know I can create area plans to show this, but what I am trying to do is create a schedule that lists both net and gross areas by room.

Room area settings are project wide, so no, a room tag area will only display the area setting that is current.

But wait !! there's a workaround. :)

No need to overlay, you can add room tags to an area plan... Getting them to schedule together is the difficult if not impossible part...
