Create a section based on a ref plane

Create a new view based on the exact location of a ref plane, which would section through exactly what the plane cut - This would need a new view category type, but it would be excellent for loads and loads of stuff, you could just have a setting in the view properties to "flip" the view direction - this would allow more uses than being able to align a section - as sections cant be rotated in elevation. (the other option is to allow sections to be aligned locked, and rotated in elevation)
