Moving section tails/extents arrows (both at the same time)

It seems that occasionally I can move both at the same time, but I can't figure out how I've done it occasionally.

Are you sure you mean Sections and not Elevations. I use the move tool and in some instances just move section line and the boundary on screen. In the case of an elevation you must select both the tag (circle or square) and the view (represented by the arrow pointing in one or more of the directions) to have both the elevation tag and boundary move together.

I do mean sections, not elevations. And I do mean the tail/head grip, not the section line.
