I was going to post the same question today, if i place some text, right click, select all instances and delete then all should be gone from the project and I should be able to purge...but no....

Doing a "Purge unused" should take care of any unwanted text styles.

I'd like to be able to do a "select all" on certain texts to change its type. Can this be done? This drawing I'm working on has lots of bit copied and pasted from other projects and it is a little tedious going through each one to standardise the font... It'd be good to be able to change them in one go.

Select the text and then right click. Then pick "Select All Instances" from the pop up menu. It does just that....selects all instances in the project. Very powerful and potentially dangerous. Be carefull. We have had all the text deleted in a project because someone didn't understand the tool. Hope this helps.

Tried doing a select all text, but when I select a text note and right click on it, 'select all instances' comes up grey (no option to pick it).

Has something changed?
